 -Performed and facilitated storytelling performance and workshops for children aged 5+ as part of Limerick Belltable and Limetree Theatre’s Bualadh Bos Children’s Festival 2022.

-Dramaturg  for This Little Piggy a children’s play, performed at the Belltable, Limerick 2018

-Dramaturg and Collaborator with Liam Mc Carthy for his FUEL mentorship programme with Druid Theatre Galway 2016.

Amsterdam: Theatre and Storytelling

Jan 2020-Present

– Host of Mezrab’s “Mythos” evening of stories & Open Mic Nights, acting as MC and arranging the line up of performers. A night of folklore and mythology stories, personal stories and tales from history as told by international performers, first time storytellers and visiting performers, Mezrab the house of stories, Amsterdam.

– Workshop Facilitator and performer as part of Room Service Student Festival Wageningen University Netherlands.

– Performed and opened the Amsterdam Storytelling Festival 2022, devised and performed “Stories of Desire”, a commissioned performance as part of the Amsterdam International Storytelling Festival.

Toynbee Hall, East London

Resident Storyteller
June 2018 - 2019

– Delivered part of Toynbee’s Heritage Lottery Funded Project by delivering six Curated Community Workshop series. Coordinator and facilitator of workshops and storytelling events for the local communities surrounding and accessing Toynbee Hall, helping participants create and write/record/perform stories and dramas of their own making.  Working with children, young adults, adults, and intergenerational projects.

– Liaising with different community groups and staff as well as encouraging new participants for upcoming storytelling events.

National Leprechaun Museum

Storyteller & Tour Guide
February 2015- August 2016

– As a storyteller at the museum, developed new tours for specific events. I created a new Darkland tour, an evening tour for adults only exploring the dark and disturbing stories in ancient Irish folklore and mythology. Developed and performed a special theatrical performance for audiences for Culture Night 2016.                     

– Created and lead a series of specially designed storytelling experiences aimed at young children and families at the museum. These tours were a mix of interactive performances and storytelling and an exploration of the museum space for children aged 4-7.       

– Performed Irish myths, legends and folklore stories for our audiences and tour groups. Provided tailored tours for school groups, language schools, senior groups and for special interest groups and for those with disabilities.

No One is Coming

A One Woman Storytelling Show
2020 - Present

– Devised and performed “No One is Coming” a one woman storytelling show commissioned for the Amsterdam International Storytelling Festival 2020, performed at the Prague Fringe Festival 2021 and at the Riverside Studios in London in 2022 as part of the Bitesize Festival. 

  • Performed at Mezrab Amsterdam, Meneer Otis Nijmegen 2022. 
  • Performed at Applecart Arts London 2023
  • Will perform at Edinburgh Fringe Festival this August at the Scottish Storytelling Centre on the golden mile. 

Hero/Banlaoch

A One Woman Storytelling Show
2022 - Present

-Devised and performed “Hero/Banlaoch” a one woman storytelling show selected for the Amsterdam Fringe Festival 2022.

Performed at Cafe Theatre Festival Utrecht and Arnhem 2023.

Performed at Prague Fringe Festival 2023.

Will perform at Oerol Festival, Terschelling Netherlands this June.
